Bookkeeping Client Available

The Adventure School in Seattle is looking for someone who can enter data and reconcile accounts every other week. They are bright and fun people, and they want to learn to use QuickBooks to do the invoicing, receive payments, and enter deposits. Your job would be to do everything else to full charge (no payroll) on a regular schedule.

Also, someone needs to get their QuickBooks data file set up and teach them how to use QuickBooks. They are using Word/Excel now; I'm sure that they will learn QuickBooks quickly and love it. If you want to do the ongoing bookkeeping but don't want to do the QuickBooks set-up and training, the client can hire a QuickBooks software expert for that part of the job, and you can take it over from there. They are really looking for the very least expensive long-term option.
They are on Mac, open to remote bookkeeping but my recommendation is on-site bookkeeping for a few months to support their QuickBooks training, and then setting up remote if that is better for you. Note that as of this weekend Mac users can now use the QuickBooks online in a limited beta version. WOW. Finally.
