Quicken Troubleshootor Needed

Video production company needs help with Quicken for Business (v2009). Quicken is made by the same company that makes QuickBooks and they work almost the same, but for this job you're going to want some experience (read the rest of the post before applying).

Opened it once recently and got message saying that date file was not connected; may have restored a back-up (not sure) because Quicken double-entered online banking transactions and marked them "reconciled". Yikes.
