Jewelry company needs QuickBooks Point of Sale set-up and training

I've posted a new Project on our QuickBooks help wanted.
I met Holly at a Women's Business Exchange. She imports jewelry and does a manual inventory count at year-end. She wants 2009/2010 in QuickBooks , Inventory Jan 1, 2011. She would like to talk with someone before she leaves for a long business trip to China Sept 20th about using the POS for her shopping cart.
Please have experience setting up QuickBooks POS w/ multiple currencies, shopping cart, and fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for our members to work together: one on the set-up and the follow-up training and support, and another on the write-up.
