"QuickBooks for Contractors" - Hands-on Classes at Seattle Public Schools

April 27,2009

Hello! This training is free - if you're in the Seattle Public School's Small Business Development Program. Not only do you get me as your teacher, you also get help winning government contracts for Sound Transit, Port of Seattle, City of Seattle, the Washington Department of Transportation, and others. Click here to get an application.

QuickBooks for Contractors
Hands-On Training for Beginners
Spring 2009
May 27th-June 18th
6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
John Stanford Center for Education
2445 3RD Avenue South
Seattle, WA 98124

Why is it free / what’s the deal?
This program is only for companies with revenues under $1 million based on the average of their last 3 years tax returns. It was created to redress barriers to participation in government contracts for small business owners, called "Historically Underutilized Businesses". So if you want government contracts you'll get a lot of support just from being in this program, and you'll be in my QuickBooks for Contractors classes!
