QuickBooks Bookkeeper (includes QuickBooks set-up) needed for small non-profit

Small non-profit needs bookkeeper to enter checks and deposits and create financial reports for members. The organization is new and QuickBooks is not set up yet. The organization is so small that you could use the free online version of Quicken.
Other info: The treasurer is keeping track of funds manually, and it sounds like she is very organized. She has a budget so make sure that you set up her QuickBooks accounts to match her budget line items. I suggest you set up online access to the bank account and import transactions. The organization is not required to file form 990 and is expecting that the bookkeeping may only be done about once/year but IRS donor letters still need to be prepared. Seems like a really nice box job!

  1. Brenda Keomany got this job. The client says they got a lot done in the first meeting alone. Way to go, Brenda, this looks like a nice client that you can keep for a long time!
