QuickBooks Troubleshooting, Training / Monthly Tax Accounting and Software Support

Here is a consulting gig that I recommend only for those with experience with larger, ongoing projects, restaurant experience REQUIRED. This company is hiring QuickBooks Troubleshooting for the existing file, Training for the new manager, ongoing monthly excise tax filing (and I recommend that you review the QuickBooks data and continue the training during the excise tax engagement even if you do it remotely), and a CPA to file returns for multiple entities.
The POS (not QuickBooks POS) reports are not reconciled to QuickBooks reports at this time, so make that a goal of your engagement.
This company owns 4 restaurants, 3 in Seattle and one in Tacoma: HillSide Quickie and Plum Bistro. The QuickBooks is currently updated by an accountant who works on-site and remotely, and processes payroll 2x/month (1st and 15th). Owner has decided to hire a manager to do the day to day bookkeeping and to have an accountant review and file monthly excise taxes. I suggest you train the manager to enter payroll and I STRONGLY recommend you set up the Assisted Payroll Service to save money and make life easier for all.
