QuickBooks 2011 Release 6 available today but take my advice, you don't want to be one of the first customers to try it out.

"QuickBooks 2011 Release 6 will be available for download Thursday, March 17 at 12 p.m. PST.
Note: The automatic update in-product will be available on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. We encourage you to allow this automatic update and to accept the patch."

My advice? If you did not install the Release 5 Update that fixed the problems in the Release 4 Update, then you definitely should install the Release 6 Update on March 22nd, but no earlier. If you did the required manual install of Release 5, then there's no rush to get to Release 6. Regardless, it's wise to search the Intuit online community before you install any updates; Intuit gets it's on-the-ground info from people who write in and report problems.
